Hello! If you're on a newer API version (after 2017-04-06) then it's expected behavior that you no longer get transfer.paid or transfer.failed events. You can read more details here (https://stripe.com/docs/transfer-payout-split) but essentially those events only existed in the past because Transfers also used to represent the payout (funds moving from the connect account to their bank account)

Now that Transfers just represent the transfer between the Platform -> the Connect Account, there's no way for that transfer to fail once it's been created
