#sxe - fraudulent card

Hello, I am doing well. Can you send me the ID of the payment that you made with that card? (pi_123)
So the test card that you used is for testing disputes. The payment is supposed to succeed but then the payment gets disputed as fraudulent. You can actually see the dispute on the dashboard page for that payment now https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/payments/pi_3L0SAuLKPu9R0yzS1ikT26xL
In how many days can someone dispute it/
Are you asking about how long a real customer has to dispute transactions or how long you have to respond to disputes?
ut how long a real customer has to dispute transactions
One of our docs mentions that it can be for up to 120 days but I don't know if that varies by bank or anything
The doc that mentions it https://stripe.com/docs/disputes/measuring#dispute-rate-usage
Is there any way to allow only 3d secured transactions?
Good question. Looking in to whether there is a way to do that
A few entities each handle parts of it https://stripe.com/docs/disputes/how-disputes-work
We help pass your evidence along if you provide it
Also you can set up a Radar rule to try to trigger 3DS more often https://stripe.com/docs/api/payment_intents/create#create_payment_intent-payment_method_options-card-request_three_d_secure
Is that about what you were looking to do there or are you looking to prevent non-3DS transactions?
i am looking to prevent non-3DS transactions
I don't want non-3DS transactions because I don't want to see any dispute from my customers.
Because if someone buys something from me, a physical good, and then they make a dispute
They can remain with the used product / can return me an altered product
and they remain with the money.
what my colleague shared will work
you can use Radar to block all transactions without 3DS too
but you're going to hurt your conversion and frustrate your customers
customer comes to pay, their bank has an issue or doesn't support 3DS, you block their payment, they are frustrated, they never come back
Thank you.
And, I have a question about fees.
Is someone competent to answer me or this discord is only for dev support?
only developer support, you'd use https://support.stripe.com/contact for pricing help
