I did, before reaching here. I had hard time in explaining this to them

They misunderstood that I was speaking about webhook events and conversation dragger without coming to the actual question

I think it's only the Admin who will get this email, but I'm not completely sure. So I would recommend to ask Stripe support again because they will know more about this subject https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
