to funding the cash balance, that you can make a Subscription with "customer_balance" payment method works

But I have a small problem following it
It says there will be a "Fund cash balance (testmode only)" when I click on "Add" button but I cannot see it
The other way is to use the Stripe CLI (beta) version
And I don't know how to get the beta version? Does that means I checkout Stripe CLI repo and build it on my local machine? Or run it as a docker container?

I still don't see a link to download the beta verison of the CLI in that page
Also, I tried login in using an incognito and I still only see the two options under "Add" payment option for the customer
