yes I've created an express account through API

use the Express hosted onboarding - https://stripe.com/docs/connect/express-accounts#create-link. You'll be able to define your login details and if i remember correctly, probably accept the TOS using it too.

hmmm, you should be able to access the Express connected account Dashboard using login links too and accept the TOS via the Dashboard: https://stripe.com/docs/api/account/create_login_link

yeah it worked. I was able to create 1 time link and complete the TOS of that test account 😄
