you should likely work with our support team for help instead, but let me look for a few minutes in case I see something obvious
They account is on a non-happy path status, but I don't see why that means they need to reach out to us.

I thought stripe connect would work directly with the account to get docs and verify the account.
You're the platform though, you still own the account and making sure it's in good standing
If you look at the account in your Dashboard it tells you exactly waht the issue is at the top on https://dashboard.stripe.com/connect/accounts/acct_1KepkI2E2YtdTOix/activity
Ok, I think I just need to educate the folks on the productionalized aspect of what we're using connect for to let them know that we're the platform and that's why it says to reach out to us. That we, the platform, have not paused payouts but stripe has until they can be verified, so they should submit documents or whatever is being asked.
