Hello! Not if any of those Prices have been used, no, unless you want to wipe out all of your test mode data.

but how would we delete the product if it has prices?

we have a bunch of products with prices and we want to clear them and run our process again.

I think you can delete them using the Dashboard if there are no Prices associated with them.

No. I'm not sure I understand your use case; why are you deleting the Products if you're just going to recreate them?

its not the products we care to delete its the prices
