Yeah. You can take a look at it here: https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs/req_mYhBEr7r4zaiiz. Was made via the node library. Somewhere in your code this is happening

These refunds are happening in your codebase somehow

So you'll have to work with your dev to identify the issue

They'll have to track down where in the code they're issuing refunds and for what reason

But I really can't assist further unfortunately
