I did that with them and I thought it was solved, but it apparently came back again for some reason. I don't have the hierarchy rights to check logs and see if someone went and disabled it

is transfer only showing "enabled" still?

If you're still getting that error then the account hasn't been set up to request only transfers, and you should reach out to support again

You can share that example request ID (req_1234) to make sure you are looking at the same account as them
