Hi, those are simply test cards for Japan, doesn't mean it will speed up Payout.

#

It's a known limitation that in Test mode you also need to wait 7-14 days for the first Automatic Payout. But once you did it, you would see it working

#

Alternatively I think you can use Manual Payout

my connect account created at 27/04 and it got its first successful payment 14 days but any successfull payment affter that I see it status 'Available soon' It mean i need wating 14 day again

Receiving payouts

Set up your bank account to receive payouts.

For Japan, some payments takes longer time.
Payouts are made once a week (on a day of your choosing) and include payments processed up to 4 business days prior. JCB, Diners Club, and Discover payments are available for payout after 30 calendar days, instead of 4 business days.
