I've looked over everything but didn't find anything that seemed to fit. I was hoping I was just missing something. The problem with volume pricing is that it appears to be only for recurring billing, and my product is a one time purchase

How are you tracking usage?

Is there a good reason not to simply create a subscription as mentioned in the docs, but cancel the subscription at the end of the first billing cycle?

For this product, it's a one time printed report that we bill per amount of pages plus a base rate based on the subscription level
