Hi there, did you update the name associated with the card another way other than collecting it with Elements?

If you don't collect name then you won't be able to search it

We collect a name, but it is not always the actual name that the bank has on file, because they can essentially right anything as it is not verified

Yeah we don't receive name back from the issuer... that is all dependent on what you collect.
