Where are you looking to disable refunds?

I don't want people subscribing to my products to be able to get a refund.

when I do the checkout session pre subscribe there is a refund info.

If you go to https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/checkout there should be an option there to display your refund and return policies. Is that the setting you're looking for?
