You can have both Stripe(Invoice) and Paypal. When your customer paid via Paypal, you can mark Stripe's Invoice as paid_out_of_band

Zapier is also a common tool to use

But I meant Paypal can be used alongside with Stripe Invoice, but not really with PaymentIntent or other products for example
