There isn't a way to force trigger automatic payouts more frequently, but there are test cards you can use so that funds are added directly to your available balance (bypassing your pending balance)

Which will cause the payout for those payments to show up sooner? Since they don't spend time in pending?

K, when I use that card number, I see it scheduled to show up in a payout on May 12.
