OK, it seems like there's an additional account binding process needed for app-to-app wechat pay integration.
Can you write it to Stripe support https://support.stripe.com/contact and provide your legal entity and wechat app ID so that we can ask Wechat Pay to proceed with the binding.

when you created this payment intent, you set payment_method_options.wechat_pay.client to web. so in that case you shouldn't pass an app_id
So you should either change the client, or remove the app_id when creating the PaymentIntent
