Do you get the same error when you create a subscription (not update one)?

it is not about updating a subscription, I use the same code in many accounts and it works
but in this specific platform the parameter 'max_ocurrences' hasn't been enabled, I usually have to write to Stripe for someone to enable it
I am with someone on chat, but the person is been a bit difficult about it
