Ok then yes you will need to hire a developer or use a third party to help you collect payments. The terminal readers are not meant to be used on their own to collect payments, an application needs to be built.

No, I'm not able to do that for you. If you just want a service that will let you use the reader you have to collect payments, I really suggest looking at some of the platforms in the directory i linked.
Many offer exactly this kind of solution

Either one - there are options listed at both. But i think the first one might make it more clear which allow you to "plug and play" with your reader
