What are you trying to connect to?
The account is already connected to a platform with controlling access

Starting in June 2021, Platforms using OAuth with read_write scope won’t be able to connect to accounts that are controlled by another platform.

Most flows will lead you to connecting to new accounts, that's intended/expected
You can connect to accounts that were created directly with Stripe and are not controlled by another platform, or perhaps you want to explore becoming an Extension:
