Hi! You can check your dashboard settings to see which emails Stripe will send for subscriptions https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/billing/automatic
However you can't see exactly which emails Stripe sent.

If there are some issues with the emails your customer receive, then I would suggest that:

• Ask them to forward you the email
• And then contact Stripe support directly about the issue here: https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
