If they are Standard Accounts they can login through the dashboard the same way the Platform does

While we onboard seller via standard account it didn't asked for password. So how they login ?

if they use Stripe Onboarding then they will have to create their credentials

a customer is not a merchant

#

a customer is the end user that would buy

do you have the account id acct_xxx of the merchant that you say you can't get access to?

As a customer I mean merchant (seller account)

When I (platform) create account onboard link for seller

#

Once my seller onboarded they kept asking how to check Stripe dashboard since they didn't have access

Hey it's my mistake I was creating custom account type. May be this is the reason.
