I see your tax rate is exclusive, but the price has inclusive tax. This is an odd combination, and this prevents you from cancelling the subscription.
Unfortunately you cannot edit a price, but you could edit the subscription! Either change the tax rate, or use a different price. And then you will be able to cancel the subscription.
