Is the error showing up on the Terminal console? Or via your POS system interface?
This error is showing up on the POS system interface. The Wise POS E device makes a sound when the payment is initiated, but the screen does not change and the computer POS interface says that it is attempting to reconnect
Can you post your Terminal log with your versioning information? How are you set up to handle disconnects currently?
Also, which SDK are you using? Is it a web integration? Mobile integration?
I belive that may be the issue. I have not installed an SDK on the laptop that is running the reader
Are you using a 3rd party to integrate Terminal? Or did you get the readers directly from us and build the integration on your own from scratch?
We are using Foreup as a POS system, however we have not received instruction on how to do so. We received the readers directly from Stripe and have been trying to set them up on our own
Our POS system is just through Foreup's website, and we do not have any other infrastructure as far as I'm aware. What would be the appropriate SDK to install?
you should talk to that company directly for help in that case unfortunately, they built your integration
