cool so you are trying to use MOTO and you don't have access to MOTO, so it errors, as expected. You have to talk to our support team to get MOTO enabled

Right now you seem to have asked for MOTO "incorrectly". It's enabled on your account but you are using Stripe Connect via a different Stripe accoun (the platform) that doesn't have MOTO access for Connect

sadly a common misunderstanding, you need to talk to our support team and ask for MOTO to be enabled with Stripe Connect for the platform itself

it's just something Stripe can do. So you contact our support team again and you explain that you want MOTO enabled on your Connect platform and that it wasn't enabled properly on your account at the time, it works for your account but not Connect requests.
