In the guide I linked you can add the card fields separately to your UI instead of using an entire prebuilt sheet. Is that what you are looking for or do you not want any prebuilt UI components at all? https://stripe.com/docs/payments/accept-a-payment?platform=android&ui=custom

If you are collecting Card details correctly, your company will have a lot higher PCI compliance requirements. You can do that, but it is can be time consuming and costly https://stripe.com/docs/security/guide#validating-pci-compliance
