Hi there, no Payment Element won't display saved cards. You would need to check on the Customer ahead of time yourself and build out a UI for saved cards.

so to achieve the goal shown in the images above, we will have to check if there is associated card with the customer, if so, display the dropdown UI and pull the payment methods from stripe; if no, then display payment element to collect card info?
