Hello! Are you just trying to setup automatic payouts from your Stripe account? Or is Connect involved here?

I've already set up connect on both my account and stripe

Let me rephrase - what specifically are you trying to do?
Set up payouts for your own account? Set up payouts for your connect accounts? Or Transfer funds from your Platform account to your connect accounts?

So you're trying to make manual payouts from your own Stripe account? If that's the case, you'll first need to disable automatic payouts in your dashboard (https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/payouts) before you're able to create them manually

We want the account ID - it would be like acct_xxx, and you should be able to find it here: https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/account

From what I can see, you don't have any available balance (it's all still pending) so you wouldn't be able to create a Payout yet.

how long does it take to stop pending, will I be notified?

It shows that I have an available balance and theres nothing pending

#

under payments it says successfull, and that it would take up to 2 business days

#

and theres nothing refunded or uncaptured

#

I even set my notifications to alert me when something was ready

#

so basically the amt has to be ready then I'm able to make a manual payout?

You only have funds that will be available soon, but none that are available to be paid out right now. Once they're available you'll be able to make a manual payout. Typically funds will be available based on the payout speed (https://stripe.com/docs/payouts#payout-speed), but if your account is new then it can take longer
