Hi there! Can you provide the full code here?
Or can you provide a request ID?
For the update
just attached the post fields
when i try to look for the request on the logs i dont find it
Have you logged out the acc variable to ensure it is the account ID?
Hmm and you aren't seeing any error?
So the request is going through
?
Can you provide your account ID?
of the platform or the account that im trying to update?
no just blank when i do the var_dump
Either is fine
Sorry, server is busy. Looking!
no problem
Okay so looking at that Connected Acccount I do see your updates going through, however they are erroring. Take a look at https://dashboard.stripe.com/acct_1KrNdY2EN2fYHAOB/test/logs/req_046ZT9Ma5Cie4P
now i got a message saying
{"error":"Stripe: You cannot lower this merchant's delay below 7"}
Yep
Yep you can't set a delay below the country default.
Hmm actually that's strange.
As this is a PT account...
yap portugal allow to 3 days
Alright we don't know much about these payout delays as they aren't related to integration development. I'd recommend contacting our Support team and asking about it: https://support.stripe.com/contact/login
will reach out to them, to see why its happening
the chat allways says connecting
what is the best way to get in touch with the support team
You can either request a call, chat, or email via the above
ok, so have another question regarding the accounts on express
i'm aware of the service terms accpetance but dont really know what i need to do on this topic to comply with the stripe requiremnts
With Express we handle that for you.
The Express account will accept the ToS when they complete Onboarding
but i was told that we needed to include the service terms on our platform
On the last screen of the onboarding flow, the Express user will see some text that indicates they are agreeing to Stripe's ToS.
yeah, but we as platform need to include a page with the terms also, like policies,...?
If you want to display your own terms then that's up to you. In terms of indicating that an Express Account has agreed to Stripe's ToS, we handle that during the Onboarding Flow.
alright thanks for clarifying, its not we want was what stripe that we should do
@merry dawn Do you have any other questions? bismark had to head out, but I can answer any other questions you have
