I think we are good on the settings then. And our customers have the email field populated
So that means for the given invoice we should have a receipt sent

Okay so based on this and the previous screenshot, seems that they should have received the finalized invoice and the receipt that was paid, right?
I think so, if the user haven't received an email, then I would have to ask you to write to support https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true so they could investigate why it didn't go through
