Do you have any kind of doc that I can read or use in case Apple penalizes my site in any way for not following their advice to show Apple Pay first?

I don't have any specific docs, but this is used widely across many websites, so it won't be an issue

What about the paymentMethodOrder option on elements.create(), is it possible to use it in order to configure it?
