A client of ours, did a chargeback by mistaeke... and then, called Amex and said the charge was ok... the result was..
- We got our fee from stripe connect.
- He got money taken out by Stripe for the chargeback
- He got money taken out from Amex.
We need to find out if the money is going back to his account... as he basically, paid twice.
It is a bit confusing... would need to show you on our account... or.. is thre phone support?
