They say that when any customer places an order for a canadian seller, the transaction fails, the platform doesn't get the transaction fee, and the payment is accepted but the buyers don't get the product.
But US orders do work.
I'm currently talking to them, trying to find out more details.
How would you go about diagnosing this issue?
