Yup. Seems like this is expected behavior as our docs say

With default account settings, charge succeeds, only to receive an early fraud warning.
So that doesn’t sound like it would create a dispute

Additionally, the charge would succeeds (as it did) and a radar.early_fraud_warning.created event should be fired. Letting you know an early fraud warning was created
