Hi there! There is plans to add more payment method support in the future to the Customer Portal but I can't provide any sort of timeline for that.
Hey @undone hemlock first I'd like to say thanks for the speedy response. You all provide excellent customer support. To the issue at hand, it's a significant limitation given how large the Chinese market is. The only other alternative is for us to roll out our own billing page for the time being. Is there any way at all to get a better idea of when this will get rolled out?

Totally hear you on the limitation, I think it is great feedback. My recommendation is to write into our Support team (https://support.stripe.com/contact/login) and provide this feedback to that team. They can then pass the feedback along to our Billing Portal Engineers and also keep you in the loop on any further info with regards to timeline.
