No, with Standard Connected Accounts the Standard Account has liability.

So you can disconnect them as the platform at any point.

That doesn't "shut down" the account. It is just no longer connected to your platform.

With Express/Custom you can only delete accounts when they are at a $0 balance. Since you as the platform have the liability.
