Our systems recently identified charges that appear to be unauthorized by the customer, meaning that the owner of the card or bank account did not consent to these payments. This means that we can no longer accept payments for ****.

Refunds on card payments will be issued in 5 business days, although they may take longer to appear on the cardholder’s statement. Please refer to your Dashboard for a list of the charges to be refunded. If there are insufficient funds on your account to cover any refunds, these refunds will not be processed and any outstanding funds will remain on your account.

Dear customer service,
Im writing regarding to my call with your support.
I have problem with my stripe account.
Especialy credibility with my account and payments.
I choose stripe as a payment gateway for my buisness in czech republic,
object of my buisness is providing a gaming server where players can buy items for characters in the game.
Items that are sold is created by me. My customers buy them, and pay for them throught your stripe payment gateway.

Now i obtained the information from you that my account at stripe was blocked,
because of high risk of my buisness. I dont have a clue why is my buisness considered like high risked.
all of my customers was satisfied with my services and i havent had any complaints.
So from my side is everything completly clear and agreement with our legislative in czech republic.

Futhermore every payments which has to be done at my gaming server are donate acording to my conditions and terms of services.
I was using stripe like only one payments method. So now i have all of earned money from my buisness at the stripe account.
All of my customers are realy satisfied and dont want any refunds.

I have on my gaming server some kind of economy situation, and all of those refounds which you want to send to my customers ruin my buisness and game server.
Your decision about paused my stripe account caused me a lot of financial problems.
Im sure that my gaming server is fully legit buisness.
I dont recieve any tips to solve the problems acording stripe privacy policy till the payments was working, nobody had any problem,
after when it generate me a not less money, the stripe made decision to pause my money and refound it to all of my customers.

As soon as it happens that the stripe will refound all the money to my customers it will damage my reputation and my buisness at all.
If this happens, I can end my business and go bankrupt.

On the occasion when I first registered in your system as a user of your payment gateway,
I spoke with support and asked emphatically if everything was OK!
I was told that yes and nothing hindered my business and acceptance of payments.

You then stopped my account without warning me what was wrong and what I should change,
so that I could continue to receive money from my clients and then send it to my account.
It seems to me like an incorrect act.

If this happens and the money is really returned to my clients without asking for the money in the form of a refund,
 I will be forced to deal with the local police and personal lawyer. So we can solve this situation.
 I assume that will not happen and you will return the money to my current bank account.

I dont now what happend here one guy on support told me that should be the problem that there is Adress only SK but not adress of customer, but it was normaly thro your API and i cant manage that the customer dont write the adress or what actualy happends.

and nobody from stripe gives me warning that something are happening which is not allowed.

just took my money and send them back to all users ale not the right way how to solve the issue i think here.

I can't help you with your account, but I am going to escalate your case internally and ask that they follow up on your ticket.

So I see a lot of charges on that card. I don't handle Risk at Stripe though. If you are using Stripe Checkout then it looks fine to me, but I can't speak to why your account was paused. You will need to follow up with the Support ticket for that. As I noted, I escalated to them internally asking them to provide you a response in a timely manner.
