Hi there! You set the recipient when you create the account, so you are doing this correctly. However, you can't set a US account with a recipient agreement since this is only for cross-border payouts and.... a US account wouldn't be cross border! That said, you can create a US account with the full service agreement and just request the transfers capability and then it will act just like your CBP accounts.

So to properly test with recipient you should create a non-US account.

Got it! Does stripe allow an easy way to test this with test data (as we currently can with test banks and cards)?

I dont have a non-US account

Yep

#

You just create the Express account in testmode and then when you go through the onboarding flow you can fill in test data
