So looks like the domain wasn't registered by the platform on the Connected Account here: https://stripe.com/docs/stripe-js/elements/payment-request-button?html-or-react=html#html-js-using-with-connect

You specifically have to use your platform livemode secret key and pass the Stripe account header with the Connected Account to register the domain

If you register the domain via the Connected Account directly, using their Secret Key or through their Dashboard, it won't work.

You will need to delete the domain from this Connected Account, and re-add it as described above.
