they probably didn't enable it right, there's a specific way the setting has to be enabled when you're using it as a Connect platform making API calls on behalf of a connected account

happens all the time unfortunately 😦 you should keep pushing back on support to escalate it and get the setting applied correctly (they need to enable the setting on your platform account and on your "client application").

Just been on a chat. They said it's enabled on my platform account and connected account... but I still get this error. They are having someone get back to me via email.
