Are you using Stripe Connect? And you want to know how long the platform account can keep the available balance before transferring it to a connected account or doing a payout?

We have an account on stripe and want to leave the money there.
How can I know if we use stipe connect?
I want to know if stripe can hold our money for a very long time, we simply want to be doing payouts with stripe at anytime.

Choosing manual says i wont see transactions bundled into a payout anymore. What does this further means please?

Oh ok, so what we want is that we want to make payouts at any day or time to other bank accounts from our stripe account at any day or time (manually via the third party api).
Is this what we can achieve with stripe? We will be leaving some money there for a very long time to make this successful and not fail

What does this further means please?
it means that you can't reconcile what payments where in the payout by doing https://stripe.com/docs/expand/use-cases#charges-in-payout , since we don't have that information when it's a manual payout(sorry, @radiant tartan was a bit mistaken)
you can do what you describe sure, if you are waiting long enough for the account to accumulate funds over time.
Note the restrictions on https://stripe.com/docs/connect/manual-payouts, you can usually only hold funds for 90 days outside of the US.
