Hi there! I'm not very familiar with all of those. Do you know specifically what features and processes that the client is using now? Are you implementing a Stripe plug-in anywhere?

I am looking to remove Opayo/SagePay and replace the payment Gateway with Stripe.

But existing subscription payments would need to shift to Stripe also.
