I tried contacting the support team and they suggested I try here. This is a technical question. I need to know if a Rejected Status for a Connected account is a permanent state? Getting all of our clients to submit their financial info and connect their accounts represents 100's of man-hours I cannot get back.
Can you provide a ticket number that shows the thread where they suggested coming here for this type of issue?
