Hi 👋 unfortunately we won't have any insight into how the issuing banks choose to show declined payments on the statements that they generate. Is that the part of this scenario that you're asking about?
yes that's part of it, but I think they're more concerned with the double charges and declines
what should i ask them?
to get a better grasp of what they need?
If you look at the last_payment_error on the associated Payment Intents, then you might be able to get a better idea of why the payment was declined. It's likely that the issuer declined the payment and they'd be able to give the most thorough answer on why, but if you can't get details from there then our Support team may be able to provide some clarity.

If the customers are trying to pay repeatedly then I would suspect that is where the duplicate charge attempts are coming from.
