Well, in Romania there are 1.4% + 1 ron in fees.

What if someone wants to pay me 2 ron

this as micro payments.

that already woul be 1.4% of 2 + 1 = 1.02800

2 - 1.02800 = 0.972

I would remain with 0.972 RON from those 2 ron.

Well getting the item back would be up to the merchant. We just handle funds transfers
