Okay so it looks like the subscription was cancelled 2 seconds after (2022-04-21 21:11:46) when the invoice was created

So in this case is it normal that the invoice will be paid automatically?
It was paid automatically because the amount was $0
if it was greater, we'd have send the invoice to the customer
since your collection_method is set to send_invoice

Ah, as far as I know I don't think there's a dashboard setting to turn off the behavior.
