Hey! Thank you, im trying to use the terminal with big cartel for pos but it won't connect at all via BT. Do I really need to use all the code?

what steps have you taken so far? What do you see when you attempt to connect i.e. any error messages? Which reader are you using?

I'm using the M2 and all I've done is turn it on, added a location and tried to use the connect app, but it didn't work so now I'm trying my big cartel app, but it can't find it on Bluetooth there

none of these apps are built by Stripe so we don't really know how they are supposed to work. Your best bet here would be to reach out to their Support / Developers to ask for more information

Ahh I see. I don't plan on using them but honestly if I can get some help atleast trying to figure out how to use It with stripe itself. That would be amazing.
