It depends on your integration. How did you identify that the customer purchased your service?
How did you identify that your customer purchased your service?
No requests log on Stripe Dashboard?
this is what shows
all other payments have been completed withput trouble
is it because they paid via credit card?
one transaction was in person via ipad payment and the other was over the phone, using the same card
That's not a Stripe UI I believe
Sign in to the Stripe Dashboard to manage business payments and operations in your account. Manage payments and refunds, respond to disputes and more.
Can you see any related requests here
no its not , its thru HQ rentals, but in stripe the transaction doesnt show at all
I think it is via some integration that didn't use Stripe
otherwise you should see the transactions in Stripe Dashboard
either the Log above or the Payments tab
can i show you the screenshot of our payment tab?
as mentioned the $326 dollars doesnt show nor does the $570
hello are you still there?
Sorry, I am here
I see.
Do you use a different payment flow for those payment?
or maybe different Stripe account?
It's difficult since we only have the information of Payment made via Stripe
no we only have one stripe account, what informatiom do you need to figure it out because , we just dont want to end up being scammed
the customer seems pretty honest but we're trying to figure out do credit card payments normally do this thru stripe?
If you use Stripe, yes it should via Stripe and show up in your Stripe Dashboard
I could only think of you have another integration path
the 2nd payment in your screenshot
$150
Can you paste me the ch_xxx id in that row?

Thanks. Can you also paste me you Stripe Account Id ? acc_xxx

Okie can confirm the Charge is in the same account
Sign in to the Stripe Dashboard to manage business payments and operations in your account. Manage payments and refunds, respond to disputes and more.
Your charge is here. It's "incompleted" so you don't see it in your Successful Payment tab
ok i see, and will the 570 show soon because i dont see that but i do see the 326 and 150 transaction now
Where do you see 326?
That's metadata
I am not sure about your business model, but in Stripe we only charge $150 for that transaction
ok, so should we recharge the card on file or just wait? because i dont want to double charge the customer but we're missing $870 rn
I want to say just wait, but normally it should appear immediately within Stripe Dashboard
