Since you're using Woocommerce I assume you're not the one writing the code that calls Stripe? I don't see any particular requests that are failing that would explain why you're seeing this fail, so I'd recommend talking to Woocommerce support so they can look into why this is occuring

Exactly, we are using their Stripe gateway payment so we aren't able to really see what's going on... and since they have a really bad service I thought of asking you guys first 😅
