And are the taxes part of Stripe Tax or is this a part of Memberpress's integration?

Looking at Memberpress's documentation, it looks like this is Memberpress's custom Stripe page.

Unfortunately we don't know much about Memberpress's code as we did not write it. please reach out to their support, they will have a better idea of how to setup/configure their plugin.
