So this is the list of countries where Google Pay is supported: https://support.google.com/pay/answer/9023773?hl=en#zippy=%2Cpay-online-or-in-apps. That link you sent is just a list of the payment methods supported by Stripe account country. However, Google says Armenia isn't supported at their above link, so I'm not sure what happened. It's really up to Google to accept or reject. You could try reaching out to them if the payment was indeed made from Armenia
